The maximum weight for any single parcel is 31kg. We cannot dispatch single parcels over this weight. If your order weighs more than 31kg it will be dispatched in 2 or more parcels (depending on weight).  

Based on the value and weight of your order, a service charge per additional parcel will be applied to cover additional costs. This fee will be visible at checkout.
