If a coupon code does not work on the first try:

• Copy and paste the code to avoid errors 
• If entering the code manually, check that the numbers / letters of the coupon code have been entered in the correct format 
• Delete any blank spaces 
• Check that the coupon has not expired or has a minimum order value 

Please note: 

• If the basket total value is lower than the voucher value, the remaining voucher amount will expire
• Only one coupon code can be redeemed per order
