To change your password, please log in to your "my zooplus" customer account and go to the Manage Account section – Personal information, where you can change your password.

If you cannot remember your password, please click on “Forgotten your password?” on the login page and then enter your registered email, making sure that there are no extra spaces before or after the email address. Then, click on “Reset password” button.
