To change your password, please log in to your "my zooplus" customer account and go to the Manage Account section – Personal information, where you can change your password. 
If you have forgotten your password, please enter email address you registered with into the Password Reminder (make sure that there are no extra spaces before or after the email address). We will send you a password reset email. If you don't receive the email within the next 15 minutes, please check your spam folder.
