Once your parcel has left the warehouse, we will send you a parcel dispatch notification. This will also include a direct tracking link. 

 

You can check the delivery status of your order either by clicking on the link in the parcel dispatch email or by going to the delivery partner's site and entering the tracking ID. You can find the tracking ID in the dispatch email. 

 

Alternatively, you can see the status of your order at any time by logging in to Orders at "my zooplus".

 

Please note: 

It can take a while before the delivery service tracking information is updated. Our delivery service partners provide online parcel tracking facilities which are normally active 1-2 days after dispatch.
