We accept the following payment types*:

* The payment options available are determined by the country on the invoice address.

All our payment methods are fully secure. All personal information (such as payment information, email and address) and payment details are protected by encryption and by an additional authorisation process.  


Credit Card/Debit Card 

Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your goods leave our warehouse. When adding a new card, you can select to save your card details for future purchases. 



If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal checkout page to complete your payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can create an account during the ordering process. Please note that we do not accept payment from USA PayPal accounts. 


Bank transfer 

Please be sure to include your order invoice number in the payment reference field when you enter the information for your bank transfer. Please transfer the balance to the following account:

Bank transfers can take 1-3 working days to process. Your order will be released to our warehouse for processing once the payment is booked in full.

In individual cases or depending on the delivery method selected by the customer, zooplus will accept only certain types of payment.
